I needed to stay in a clean, safe, comfortable hotel...Vista was just that. Breakfast was wonderful, as was the dinner that cost 70 Shekels...20 Us$..
The reception area had the rudest people I have ever met. I needed to keep telling myself that I was not there to socialize...I Did however deal with a lovely young lady, Inbal...she gets what it takes to make guests feel welcome! I would only recommend this hotel if you plan not to use it as a "total resort"...there's nothing to do.Please do consider it as a stop over to visit Petra in Jordan. It also off the beaten path..you will have to get to places by cab.

The hotel was GORGEOUS, fairly clean offered tasty breakfasts and had a magnificent location near restaurant. Location: the property was adjacent to the North beach, shopping malls, restaurants. We went out for dinner, found Angelina, it was at walking distance from the hotel. The room was fancy and big, had an extremely comfy bed. The bathroom was large with bathtubs.

Nothing.. really, nothing. Perhaps the security guard that is the only one who is smiling the whole time and says "Shalom", every time. You will feel much better if you will spent an other $ 50 for a 5* hotel. Trust me, it is worth it.. I felt like I was sitting in nothing more then a hostel. Not even soap in the bathroom! Nothing! The beds are too small, my feet were lying out of the bed, and I am 1.80m tall. It should be a 1* hotel, maybe 2*. But I forgot to tell you, you need to wait for your breakfast, before you can go in to the mess. Why? Because the hotel has a limited capacity of guest that they can provide breakfast. If it was for 5 minutes - alright. But I have waited three times for over 30 minutes. Please take my advice, upgrade to a 5* hotel and enjoy the benefits they have to offer you. Because this, this is drama.

The breakfast had a wide variety of dishes to choose from, perfect for satisfying all kinds of tastes. the room was super modern and the kids loved the swimming pool. the bed was so comfy, like sleeping on a cloud. And the peaceful location, not too far from a cool indoor mall, gave off such a relaxing vibe. 🌿

The pool was not big, but it was certainly refreshing. Also, many of my group are Sabbath observers and they were very amenable and understanding and went all out to make sure we were comfortable in the hotel over the Sabbath. The food was also pretty good and the AC worked well in the rooms.
Some of the staffers were rude, however many of them were amazing... Aviv at the front desk was awesome! Lifeguard was great, but pool was small and tacky - didn't like that they closed the pool at 6pm. If anything, it should remain open until the sun sets.

The shower had no pressure. The toilet leaked. The soap dispenser never worked. The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. I was put in a smoking room- does such accomodation still exist?

Room was comfortable with good beds, shower and AC. Buffet breakfast was excellent.
No Wifi in rooms and Wifi in lobby did not work for me and staff couldn't help me. Hotel is oriented to Russian tourists which is fine.......if you are Russian.

Boutique type hotel. Clean and well maintained. Friendly helpful staff. We have stayed there before and think highly of it. We paid an extra 150 shekels for Friday night dinner which was very good. Saturday morning breakfast was okay, nothing special. Rooms are reasonable, pool is nice. If you don't want to spend big bucks the vista is an excellent choice

I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and had a fantastic experience. the location was perfect, with the promenade and beach area just a short walk away. The convenience of being able to easily access these beautiful spots made my stay even more enjoyable. Secondly, the service was top-notch. The staff was friendly, polite, and always willing to assist with any requests I had. Whether it was room service, car hire, or laundry, they were prompt and efficient. Lastly, the amenities provided were excellent. The room was clean and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. From the air conditioning to the mini-bar, I had everything at my fingertips. my time at this hotel was truly enhanced by the enhanced comfort and quality services provided.
I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends.

Restaurant/bar staff (from India) were very polite and helpful. Nice big room. The hotel hosted several large groups of Kenyans making the pigrimage to Mount Sinai. This meant breakfasting at the same time as them was near impossible.

breakfast was very good, parking adequate, inviting lobby. Room and balcony were nice, but no real view.- cut off by construction of a new building next door.
Internet only in the lobby., Had to pay extra for a coffee set up in your room. very small pool. all other amenities were in other hotels, grocery store, ATM, etc.longer walk to the beach then advertised.
